  12. HISTORY SINCE 37.7:
  13.  37.7 totally rewritten, program terminates after patch has been installed
  14.       this saves about 15-20kb of ram (compared with older versions).
  15.  37.8 bugfix: CleverWIN did not check all tags passed to OpenWindow, 
  16.       corrected a wrong example in the docs, a few improvements
